It holds notes of fresh green papaya, lemon oil, yellow cherry, and sweet basil. Low sulfur and native yeast fermented, this wine blends some of the best of Alsatian wine styles and American soil. We recommend pairing this with cruidts or a lemon pepper garlic pasta.
