NWPI New Guinea on Australia 2½d cover to Holland containing enemy letter Pre-Decimal 1932 Postage Due Newfoundland DogEnemy Letter sent ordinary mail to Holland to a forwarding agency in Rotterdam, for onward transmission to Germany in WW1. It has been censored in Madang, and back stamped Rotterdam and the Dutch postmans personal numbered hand stamp.
