Mid-Victorian Tiger Claw Vesta Case regency period and date from the 1820sDATE: Victorian, c. 1860 A cool antique vesta case shaped like a Tiger Claw. It's modelled in silver plated brass, and has taken on the most beautiful patina, with much of the base metal showing through, but with patches of silver shining brightly here and there. The lid features a wild boar, and engraved onto the side is an oak leaf and acorn motif. Dating from the mid 19th Century, circa 1860. MEASUREMENTS 6. 2 x 2. 8cm WEIGHT 17. 1g MARKS No marks
