Victorian 18k Gold Pocket Barometer Pendant citrine Somewhat unusual to see thisDATE: Victorian, c. 1880 This French antique pendant is quite the curiosity it's a pocket barometer, cased in 18k gold, for when you know when you need to know what the upcoming weather when you're out at the races. Or something. It dates from the latter half of the 19th Century, circa 1880, and remains paired with the original tooled leather box. Made and retailed by Cam Opticien, 24 Rue de la Paix. Paris. A very strange, and very cool, thing.
