Caulk Guns & Tools Metal construction with a graphiteBlack Swan's PVC Cement Heavy is a clear, heavy bodied, low set, high strength PVC solvent cement used to join PVC pipe and fittings. PVC Cement Heavy is used for all classes and schedules of pipe and fittings through 12" diameter. Can be used on irrigation, gas and conduit pipe. PVC Cement Heavy is most effective when used in temperature ranges from 40 F to 100 F. SHELF LIFE PVC Cement has a shelf life of two years from date on bottom of can.
