The dealer I purchased it from said it came from a Chateau in Paris. Made of copper with a brass spigot, handles and knob and mounted on a carved piece of walnut or oak (solid and heavy). It can be removed for cleaning. Condition is great with a few small dents and some typical tarnish. Gorgeous patina! This would be beautiful in a garden or bathroom.
