This Outlet Flange is a Garrett replacement turbine outlet without the restrictive Exhaust Back Pressure Valve (EBV) 451274 0005 and works with OEM, GTP38R, or other OE style turbos. *This will not work on a E Series Van* ***Please note that there is no warranty on any DIY products***
